Curry hits a hole-in-one to win a celebrity golf tournament at Lake Tahoe in Nevada.

Steph Curry won another award this year after a poor NBA season with the Golden State Warriors thanks to an incredible hole-in-one that helped him win a celebrity golf tournament.

The legendary basketball player, 35, made a perfect shot on a 152-yard par three at the prestigious American Century Championship, which was held on the scenic beaches of Lake Tahoe, Nevada.

This incredible achievement was only the sixth hole-in-one in the event’s illustrious past.

Rejoicing at his victory, Curry let loose a display of joy. He threw off his cap and ran the whole distance of the fairway with his arms triumphantly lifted, enjoying the cheers of the spectators.

Maintaining his stellar play, Curry beat former seventh-ranked tennis player Mardy Fish to win on Sunday with an incredible long-range eagle putt on the 18th hole.

The enthusiastic audience let out “MVP!” cries in recognition of Curry’s incredible performance.

Curry told NBC Sports, “Knowing what the stakes were and accepting it, I’ve always dreamt of a situation like this on the 18th green in front of a crowd like that, to make the putt.” Curry’s reflections on the stressful situation were insightful. He underlined how crucial it was to follow his regimen and maintain unshakeable faith in his skills. “Thankfully, it went in, which is insane,” he continued. “I’ve been playing for almost a decade, and finally getting a win is pretty special.”

As the second basketball player to win the event since its start in 1990, Curry’s success cemented his legacy in the annals of competition history. Vinny Del Negro, a former guard for the Sacramento Kings, was the first to win in 2021 at the age of 54.
